There were no threads inside the hook to ensure the ball stayed connected. The ball came off immediately when I tightened it. I took apart & found the threaded bolt was only shoved down into the hook receiver. Friction alone will NOT keep the ball secure, it would definitely come of during insertion play–which is the whole purpose of the toy.

LOVE LOVE LOVE it! The weight is perfect, just enough of a reminder to know it is there. It can be worn all day and every movement is a slight reminder and gentle massage. Can be used with the hook to the back or to the front, when to the front it presses in between the lips. Works well in conjunction with another purchase I made which has a strap leading down the back from the ball gag, originally meant to attach hand restraints to but the quick release hook on the strap attaches perfectly to the anal hook. Would like to purchase a second and be “hooked” in both holes with rope criss-crossing over the shoulders attaching them to each other and able to wear all day. Cannot wait for Sir to come home so he can use this on me!

Very easy to use, remove, take apart and clean. If you’ve long sought out one that you can ensure remains sanitary, this is your sign. Buy this one. There’s no having to worry over the weld between the ball and the hook here. It’s threaded and can be taken apart after play and reassembled after cleaning and drying off.

This product was exactly as advertised. My GF loves this tool and we use it all the time. It is solid and heavy. It is not one of the cheap hollow ones. I think this is a mandatory tool in any kinksters tool bag.

I love my hook. I can wear it all day and night. My boyfriend places it in me, locks a small chain to it then locks the chain to the choker around my neck. locks the padlocks and takes the keys with him.I have had it in over 24 hours with no discomfort.
