The inner battery compartment doesn’t stay secured inside the sleeve which means that the sleeve tends to get left inside the body when the toy is pulled out.Pretty disappointed because until that happened it was a great toy

I have reached out to CalExotics multiple times I am hoping someone will see this but this is ridiculous I used their product once and it stopped working the next day I reached out multiple times via email I registered the product set a claim. But I do not have a printer nor do I feel the exchange return shipping should be at my cost either. No one has responded or reached out to me even once except to tell me to try making an account on a computer because I also had a hard time starting an account to even make the claim I got this product on 8/30 I paid 45.95!!!!!! For this thing at a Toykyo Valentino store this is absurd that I can’t even get a courtesy response back email or phone call after spending double the amount then what it is being sold here?!?!?! This is robbery I’m not even asking for my money back but at this point I wouldn’t be opposed either as CalExotics does not seem to be a customer service honorable company from my experience….. PLEASE HAVE A CALEXOTICS REPRESENTATIVE REACH OUT TO ME TO RESOLVE MY CLAIM AND I WILL ADJUST MY REVIEW BECAUSE FOR NOW I AM BEYOND UNHAPLY I FEEL ROBBED
