I had high hopes for this product. Unfortunately the description of the item is incorrect. It states ” fits UP TO 3″ pump”. This is totally misleading. It will ONLY fit pumps 3″ and larger. I have a 2.75″ pump and it will not fit. It doesn’t even stay on. The material seemed nice when I opened the package and felt as though it would be very comfortable during pumping but I never got the chance to try because it DOESNT FIT. I’m giving it 3 stars because I think if you have a 3″ pump it would be very comfortable and durable but if your pump is less than 3″ in diameter don’t waste your money. Oh, yeah, did I forget to mention?? It’s NOT RETURNABLE. So Now its back to square one trying to find a comfortable replacement sleeve that fits my pump.

well, nice unit, if I had the girth for something 3 inches. I am of the long and thin with a nice head type.what I didn’t like: hard to get nice seal, even with silicone sleeve. Also, too wide (kept trying to suck in my scrotum) Hand pump module kept giving my index fingers a friction blister and my hands would wear out after a long pumping session. Since I am blind, I can’t rate the guage or the clear plastic housing. The unit was solidly built.

This sleeve is perfect if you are of average size. The opening is too large to go in fully flaccid, but if you’ve got a bit of a head start this sleeve will give you a nice balance of pressure and ease of extraction. Comfortable, easy to clean. Worth the price.

I find this sleeve to work very well. because it’s a little more firm than others, it prevents my testicles from being sucked in, which is both painful and dangerous. i used it at least 10 times, and it still works great!!

Unit has great suction power, better than all the other pumps I’ve used in the past. Puts bulb type pumps to shame. It can handle a 9in X 3in penis. Suction power stays fairly well, just a little pull on handle to maintain power. If you buy this item you’ll be very pleased.

I also bought this for a Paloqueth pump, which is extremely nice EXCEPT for the sleeves that keep breaking. To be fair, their customer service is seriously very nice – they’ve sent me two packs of replacements with two sleeves each, but I think they’re made for someone a little thinner (I’m about 5.5″ circumference if that helps you decide). This one though, is absolutely perfect. Fits the pump exactly, and it’s just tight enough to make a great seal while stretching out far enough to fit without hurting. If you’ve had problems with the stock Paloqueth sleeves splitting, and you’re more than 5″ and less than 6.5″ in girth, this is what you’re looking for.

This product is nice and does what it is designed to do, The only point is when something is universal it fits many different things. I have 2 cylinders both almost the same diameter, this ring fit both , but didn’t seal the same.. I have not been able to find a universal seal that fits like the orginal. Also the shipper fail to send out billing information, I tried to have this held at ups with another shipment I had but could not do it because shipper didn’t send billing info, wasted over 2 hours, once ups opened at 7 am I was told why. I was just a bit upset to say the least, Other wise it is nice for a universal seal.

This was nowhere able to fit the 3″ cock and ball cylinder my partner uses. A different one I got for my 2.25 cock cylinder stretches to fit the 3″ so I used this on my 2.25. Thank niceness my Bull Master Magnum has it’s own.It is important to know. When the cushion is stretched out the part that looks like it would cover the base of your cock is pulled flat. That is actually better for pumping. Why? Because what is covered does not get stretched in unison with the part that is not covered.

I bought the blue one. I have the 3″ diameter California Exotics head pump and this fits slightly loose, but still gets suction. This will definitely be too big for 2.5″ diameter pump. It’s probably ideal for 3.25″ or 3.5″ diameter pumps. It is thick but pliable (thicker than the stock smoke grey sleeve that came with the pump), color is as pictured.The inner opening diameter is about 1.4″, which is actually okay for a more slender fellow but probably way too small if you are thick. I was using a sleeve with 1″ inner diameter and it was strangling my little friend, like I would get “caught” in the pump, which can be dangerous.

I bought a penis pump and it came with a foul smelling flimsy piece of…. something. I didn’t even open the plastic it was in, I just threw it away. I looked on Amazon and found this silicone pump sleeve and after measuring the diameter of my pump ordered it. My pump has a diameter of about 2.5 inches. This sleeve works very well for me and my pump. There were some reviews saying it’s too firm to hold a seal. I haven’t had an issue with this holding a seal. But I always use some form of lube (water based, Vaseline, or coconut oil. Don’t use silicone based lubes on this!) and spread that at the part where the ring contacts my shaft and also where the ring will contact the penis pump. Holds an extremely nice seal every time. This had no odors when it arrived. Cleans easily. I don’t think this will be tearing anytime soon. Very satisfied.

So i purchased in October; and now the seal is leaking but i must say all other silicone sleeves rips one the second time i use them because of my girth. This one is still in one piece. I am ordering another one because i feels this one has been worth it.
